Window Louvers?

I don't think I've seen something like this, and the editor really doesn't like stuff being put on windows but maybe I'm missing something? Has anyone found a way to put window Louvers on a rear window? I'm trying to build an '85 Trans Am and I love those Window Louvers

If anyone doesn't know what these are it's these

it may not fit some cars,as it is built in a generic way rather than being built specificly for certain cars

I could see like, if you maybe had a single louver like just one single shade, and than you can stretch it to fit whatever window size you need and than just duplicate them down the window. It'd be easy to do! I just need to know if there's an item that I can even place ON the window

They work by having a small anchor that goes on the roof. When you place them, they technically go on the upper edge of the roof and fall down from there.

Also, they have different sizes and shapes to fit the window you have.
