EDIT: I found a solution! Go into the camso_engine.jbeam and scroll down until you find the inertia value near the rev limiter values. The lower the inertia value, the faster your engine will rev!
it can slow the slow the revs, as the engine make too much effort to spin those ying yang spinny bois
