FROM BeamNG? No, there is no automatic reverse engineering of cars :) but you could of course try to replicate the cars in Automation.

you can also ask the person who made it if he can share the car file in the automation format pre "export for beamng" like the devs here sometimes do when we find a car that turns out buggy
