Glitching Exhaust

[Boy Without a Map]

So I built a 2.4 litre Straight four set to transverse engine position. I put a centrifugal supercharger in it. The issue is that the exhaust sems to be pointing at the ground, glitching through the engine block and oil pan. How can I fix this? (The air system isn't connected either)

Does this fix itself once you finish making all of the engineering choices for this engine?

Nope, I finished the engine and the truck and it still appears to be broken.

Okay, I booted it up and it looks like the engine is in the right position now, however it is offset so that the mounting brackets are inside the piston walls.
