instability detected in automation car on spawn

just made a european fastback and every time i try to spawn it in beamng it immediately pauses my game stating instability detected while everything on it breaks, causing the camera to spaz out for half a sec

no other automation car or in game car does this

broken fixtures maybe? probably not, a lot of my other cars use the same fixtures and they turned out fine

please help i literally spent a good 45 min designing this car just for it all to go down the drain

Not broken fixtures, but perhaps misaligned fixtures can cause this. 9/10 times it's usually a lightning fixture of some sort (headlight/taillight/indicator etc.) Try removing the lightning fixtures, then re-exporting. If it works, you've found your problem.

thanks! that seem to have worked, but now i gotta figure out which lights i can and cant put on my car lol

Glad it worked out. You can put the same lights back on, just re-position/re-size them a bit.

new issue with the exact same car, after a couple of respawns, the esc ♥♥♥♥♥ with the car and forbids it from going over 19mph

fix one thing, another thing breaks

i can never win

ESC is a bit more complicated because it's hard to come up with a one-size-fits-all solution for every car given how diverse the cars are and how well (or badly) they're tuned.

With that being said, I have found that some of builds prefer comfort mode, while others prefer sport mode and still others work best with system completely off.
