Fixture Rotation Bug?

As the title says, i'm unable to rotate fixtures using the gizmo. I can type the amount and use the 90* rotate buttons. I don't know how this started, I just launched the game after subbing to some recent mods and it stopped working from then. I've tried with all mods disabled and want to leave reinstalling as a last resort.

Edit: Clearing Cache in the launcher fixed it.
