How I can export my Car to Blender?

You're not really meant to be able to do that for strictly Automation cars, but you can do that for cars exported to BeamNG.drive. Export it to BeamNG.drive, and then find it in BeamNG.drive's mod folder and extract the zip file of your car somewhere. Then you can import the .dae file found in there to Blender. The wheels, engine and exhaust will not be in the right place (they'll all be in the center of the car), so you'll need to move those manually.

And how I can import Colors?

I'm not sure if that's possible, might need to assign it your own materials in Blender

Can you test it, please?

I checked it, it will just import material slots but you'll need to change the colors for them yourself. It has stuff like the bonnet and body and all the different parts as a separate material but all of them will be Blender's default material so you'll have to just try changing the color of them to see which one is which.
