Sandbox cars gone
I recently changed pc's and all the cars on the old pc isnt on the new one.

Automation saves are not carried over Steam Cloud AFAIK.

The database files are local, you find them in
\Documents\My Games\AutomationSandbox_openbeta.db

Is it any way to backup your saves in steam cloud, manually or by ticking any option?

Steam Cloud is not supported at the moment. You can manually back up your sandbox saves by backing up that single file:
\Documents\My Games\Automation\Sandbox_openbeta.db
