That and before the mission you get to choose who comes and how many.
the exception: plot stories, which have predetermined party,
but you can just simply ignore them.
In addition to #1 post, Boss (Travis Baker) can be used twice per day.
It might take more time solo but you can do it.
And if you go loud, bots can cover you. That said, unlike Payday, you don't gimp yourself in combat by going a stealth character.
I mean, in higher payout missions for Campaign, I might just go Solo, or if I'm expecting to carry lots of bags around, I'll bring a low ranking thug character with me to lower their cut payout. Each character that's not Baker takes a % of the mission payout, so the more you have on a stealth run, the less you're earning.
Some character take a small % even if they are strong, there are some legendary (yellow ones) that only take 4% even some rare (blue ones) that go for 2%, if you bring baker in it’s literally nothing and you get security in case something goes wrong (in some stealth mission there could be a random event where you get ambushed by an enemy gang, and the mission will go loud!) however if Baker is well upgraded both in levels and extra boss perk you can solo even some loud one as long as you move good and have good weapons! (Of course that something i wouldn’t attempt in first runs)
