1. XBox controller needs to be improved. Lateral moment and aiming takes some getting used to (right joystick) makes it a little harder if your moving and the opponent is not directly in front of you. or your sweeping an area and trying to shoot at the same time. Even on the mouse moving side to side tends to be very sensitive on the lowest settings throwing your aim off 2. Shotguns should not cause that much damage so far away 3.
