won't work

is anyone else getting a white screen when you go fullscreen? if so, how do you fix it?

Can you show us your PC Specs and a screenshot please.

Also, do you have the same problem with Pink Hour and Pink Heaven?

Processor: intel core i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10 GHz 4.00 GB RAM, [img] kero blaster error [/img] that's all that shows up, and when i hit yes, it doesn't work. If the picture didn't show (I don't know how to put screenshots on steam, sorry!), it says, "Graphic restore: ERROR! Retry? yes no" and just as a heads up, it worked fine until I put it on fullscreen, and that was only for about 10 seconds. I'm assuming the same would happen for the pink games, but I didn't fullscreen them, and they worked just fine.

I guess the picture didn't show up. sorry about that, i hope me descrbing it was enough, I just tried doing something I saw after looking it up on the internet.

Can you tell us what graphics card you have as well as what OS you are working on.

Also you can load screenshots here by either linking it to where you have hosted it online or by pasting the link from the steam screenshots page. It would be easier to understand if I can see a screenshot

Name: Intel (R) HD Graphics Family, Manufacturer: Intel Corporation, Chip type: Intel (R) HD Graphics Family, DAC type: Internal, Approx. total memory: 1696 MB, Current Display mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60 Hz), Monitor: Generic PnP monitor, and I'm using Windows 7. The thing about the screenshots is that it won't let me take a screenshot. I have the overlay on, but I can't click of the box to take a screenshot, and I tried another method, but that didn't end up working. I'm sorry for the hassle, I'm trying my best. I bet this is just making it harder for you. I'll keep trying to get a screenshot, but I might not count on it. Sorry.

Did you push F12?

Yes, I tried, but it didn't work. Like I said, I'll keep trying, but no promises. I am really sorry about this, though. I just really want to play the game, you know?

Can you check on your Steam Settings, under in-game, what your screenshot key is... it works for me... so its odd that it isn't working for you...

It appears that I only have one graphics card, and my screenshot key is F12, but it doesn't work. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I can't actually open the steam overlay in the game, because It won't let me click off the window that shows the error.

Can you open the local files of the game, and find the directX install file and then install it. Please let me know if that helps
