Where is Alyssa in Academia 500AF? Possible Spoilers
Just before final fight, Hope helps Serah and Noel chasing Caius, but Alyssa is not seen anywhere even after the battle and in ending movie?

The paradox that allowed Alyssa to exist was fixed by Serah and Noel. In the real timeline she's dead. She actually died during the purge.

Remember that grave she wanted Serah and Noal to investigate, in Bresha Ruins? That grave site was her own. Alyssa was as paradox. She died during the purge. When Serah an Noal fix the paradox, Alyssa was no more.

Yep, first two posts nailed it. That's why she gave Serah/Noel a booby-trapped artefact from Caius - because she knew she would cease to exist if they fixed history. Getting her arrested for it is one of the game's more satisfying alternate endings.

Hope seems didn't mind that she is gone, or he didn't realized that Alyssa even exist?

Because of Serah/Noel's actions in correcting the timeline, the true history was restored (i.e., Alyssa got killed in the Purge at the beginning of FFXIII, rather than her friend). She never got to go to the academy, meet Hope, travel forward in time with him, etc. She's been dead for four hundred years. At some point in time after seeing the gravestone in Bresha 5 AF, she realizes this; her actions in 4XX AF are a result of her fears of getting erased from existence.

i already knew all this. BUT does that mean everyone forgot aboat her because in LR there is no mention of her?

Serah/Noel essentially made it so there was nothing to remember in the first place.

and what's up with sazh and dajh? that part was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for me, instead of living on a calm pals after the events on ff13 he somehow time travel and goes with her son to "war" wtf

Sazh's scenario explains this a little. Here's what I remember of it: His fate after the events of FF13 is actually similar to what happened to Lightning: a paradox-induced vortex sucks him and Dajh up into the Historia Crux. Sazh arrives in Serendipity without Dajh in tow, and discovers he has to quite literally gamble to be reunited with his son. Once he does, he convinces the casino's owner to send him somewhere in time where he can make a difference, which is how he and Dajh end up with Hope in 500 AF.

She is cruel and cold blooded, but she got logical reason for her actions, while the inevitable fate of hers is crueller than anything, its better if she never taste living and freedom after the purge, rather she has to go through with it and taken from her.
