Crashing after Final Boss during cutscene...

What should I do? I killed final boss twice and 2 crashes of 2 in the end...

Never mind. I spammed "Skip cutscene" button and made it through.

But now I have to watch on youtube these cutscenes, 'cause it's my first playthrough...

whats this 4gb patch? I just started playing the game and i already have two crashes one right after I first start having control of Serah in her room and the other right after I leave the building.
