How to unlock time gate to get to Archylte Steppe?

The walkthrough says i need to go there, but i cannot find the time game in the historia Croix or whatever it is called. I do not know what to do next since im kinda stuck atm..

The gate is in the Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF, so connected to it in the Crux.

Do you have to fight the giant flan monster? He keeps killing me. Ive been leveling up in other places.

There's a scripted battle with Snow at the start, but after you escape, you don't need to fight it again, you can go around it.

Ok, yea already had that fight..im just wondering where the time gate is located. I tried the actother two on the level, one lead to the coliseum, and the other one is not right artifact scene..so im missing the third time portal.


UPDATE: Found it by elimination..it is top northwest one on sunelth waterscape.
