Best Settings for FF13?
My PC is a X51 Alienware desktop, I messed around with the settings for FF13 and now its choppy and has frameskips, what are the optimal settings for FF13 to prevent this?

If you've got an nVidia card, try changing the power management mode from "adaptive" to "prefer maximum performance" in the control panel (set it up for just FF XIII no need to waste electricity).

That's the "magic trick" that worked for me.

As high as possible. Although Alienware always has a HUGE bottleneck in the system somewhere (the one thing that makes it even worse than a Mac), it should run it with no problems. Your problem is that the system is not recognising it as an actual game and runs on low-performance mode. Turn everything up in the launcher, and also try to boost things in the nVidia control panel. To my knowledge their new GPUs with the new drivers support downsampling, so you can create a profile and run the game in 4k or 8k resolution downsampled by your card to your monitor's resolution. If you get it high enough it may switch to performance mode.
