the controller on ROG ally is so buggy with this game

when walk forward its not running the character is just walking, so need to move side way to make the character running its so annoying anyone know how to fix this?

Hi so I just installed on my ally to test. I installed the ffxiifix and 4gig patches before playing and my controller on the rog ally works perfectly fine. Hope thus helps
