Cant start game in fullscreen

For some reason I cant start 13 or 13-2 in fullscreen only windowed mode I applied the FF13 Fix mod, but everytime I try to put on fullscreen it makes my computer unresponsive my mouse cursor disappears and I have to hard reset my PC any help out there?

Well, i got the same situation with you. It is weird that i can start 13 in fullscreen at this morning, but now it cant. So can anybody help?

Unfortunately, i tried all the methods that i know, but still can't fix it.

if you really and truly want to play it the only way I found is to use windowed mode and apply the ff13 fix https://github.com/rebtd7/FF13Fix/releases

Same issue here. I've played with all the settings and even tried deleting ff13fix but the game won't load in fullscreen anymore. Windowed is fine for some reason.

Edit: If you go into ff13fix.ini and change Borderless = true then the Windowed Mode will launch in a Borderless Window, so it'll look like it's in fullscreen but you can't use DSR.

You can use this launcher to have any resolution at windowed mode, including DSR resolutions: https://steamcommunity.com/app/292140/discussions/0/619573787650033344/ Use it together with the Borderless = true option for ff13fix.ini.
