There is Full-Frontal Nudity

I read that there is no male/female full-frontal nudity in Witcher 3, but I saw a female Strumpet/Courtesan completely naked in front and back.

However, you can only see this when you enter the brothel in Novigrad, enter one of the rooms where a Strumpet/Courtesan is bathing in a water tub and you must jump inside with her. Then she will stand up and you can see full-frontal nudity.

As far as I know, this is the only full-frontal female ingame, since all the others have at least panties on when viewing from the front.

I am not sure if this is meant to be seen since there are other glitchy things happening with this same person where if you push too hard, she will disappear into the wall.

As long as you can't see what's between her legs I don't think it counts as "full-frontal" because technically it's hidden.
