No as you cannot actually be a couple with Kiera like you can with Yen or Triss. You just get to sleep with her.

Love is dangerous...
Romancing Keira doesn't count...why, because it isn't "romancing" like it is for the Yen or Triss? if you haven't done Kiera's quest line yet, she will happily inform you why.... and to answer the real question... "ending up alone"... romancing two women in real life produces that same exact result w/c you will happily see if you do it in this game :) and really... I hated being in Geralts shoes when it was time to say goodbye to either one (on my two playthru of the game, one for Triss and one for Yen as love interest)... you cant do it like the younger generation does it now adays... over text from a continent away :P gotta nut up and actually do it face to face, fricken awesome!:P
No, sleeping with Keira doesn't ruin your other romances in the game.
For the record, if you romance Triss and then sleep with Yen during the feast in Skellige (but don't tell her you still love her in The Last Wish sidequest), you don't get the "Lone Wolf" ending either. Either Triss doesn't find out, or she doesn't care. You end up alone ONLY if you explicitly declare your love for both ladies (or for neither).
Same goes for the other optional encounters in the game (the Gwent tournament lady/ the fighting chick in Skellige), as far as I know of.
You can do Keira, Triss, Yenefer (Unicorn), Sasha, Jutta and all the women in the brothels i assure you. Have to choose Triss though.
Yeah, as I said you get the "Forever alone" ending ONLY if you declare your love for Triss (at the end of the Now or Never sidequest in Novigrad, which leads to her and Geralt sleeping together and becoming a couple again) AND for Yennefer (at the end of The Last Wish in Skellige). The earlier encounter with Yennefer during the funeral feast doesn't count even if you romanced Triss, nor do other flings in the game (Keira, etc.)
Tell Yen you love her in Skellige and you're good to go.
Keira doesn't affect your romance with them, it's just a one night stand.
Heh, didn't know you could sleep with Triss in TW3 without starting a romance with her (if that's what you mean). I told Triss I loved her, and from what I read later in playthroughs it seemed that if you don't do that she just leaves (=no lighthouse scene).
Unless you meant "all of them EXCEPT Triss", I guess.
