No hard feelings at all.
FYI - fallacy has nothing to do with a phallus.
Fallacy definition: a mistaken belief, especially one based on unsound argument.
But transgenderism is all the craze.
It's no longer a new idea. People are exploring it. Some trying it on for size. Some are rejecting it. Many make jokes about it. The rest just roll their eyes and bemoan its many new incarnations.
Everyone is just riding the latest social wave.
They used to call themselves bisexual. Now it seems to be fadding towards, 'panromantic ace femme genderqueer who prefers neutral pronouns 8 days of every 10. The other two days I'm a wolf/elf hybrid because I'm also an otherkin.'
Whatever turns your crank, ladyboy.
Its rather simple actually.
In witcher Geralt is not gay hence why there is no gay romance options for geralt in game.
This makes since because it fits his character.
However
In games like fallout, mass effect, dragon age, elder scrolls, these games rely on a self made protagonist that the player makes themselves. This is supposed to be a character that the player can empathise with ect ect. Thus not having gay sexual orientation options in these types of games while having only straight options is bad. (Hence why most of them contain said options)
Any discussion for or against this is mut and should be ignored which is what the devs have been doing considering they don't even read the crap on the steam forums.
Even if it was forced upon the the character, player, story there would be nothing wrong with that because whatever homophobic hatemonger has an issue with it can play some other game.
And in most cases, this is not even forced upon anyone, but just a small sidenote in the game or only by the players own choices (in which case, the angry one should really reconsider their own life).
I hate censorship but I have intolerance even more.
If you get this upset about homosexuality in a fictional game, I cant imagine what a horrible person you must be in the real world.
That's what you clowns are suggesting. Do you not understand your hypocracy, or are you too dense? Picking and choosing what you what you deem is "correct" doesn't mean their opinions aren't.
PC is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but this has nothing to do with PC. You clowns are trying to find something you don't agree with to ♥♥♥♥♥ about. Let people do the things that make them happy, YOU ACCEPT things the way they are, rather than ♥♥♥♥♥ about it claiming they're shoving ideas down your throat because you're too insecure to accept other people's differences. STFU, play the game, if you don't like it, uninstall it. That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ simple. They included something that's realistic (ZOMG, there are gay poeple in the world, i don't accept their lifestyle but people like that do exist!), part of their accepting culture, and you decide to ♥♥♥♥♥ about it... in a video game... Go read your outdated holy book.
Pretty much the same for me. They already had their share of Game of Thrones so please, let us have a nice gaming without sexual behaviors that 90% of gamers don't care about.
I heard about this stuff happening in other games like Skyrim and Fallout, but in those games you can completely make a character yourself and do whatever you want with it. You can't just turn a story-based protagonist from a hetero to homosexuality. Anyways can I see the source of the rants about Witcher 3 not having a gay romance option? Thanks in advance
