All Bosses in one playthrough possible?
Is it possible? I don't care about spoilers so any pointers or things I should know would be highly appreciated

Can you elaborate on what you mean?

I am not sure I understand what you want to achieve.

I want to beat all of the bosses both from the side quests and main quests. And monster contracts.

I don't know how I could elaborate it more than that.

You can do everything in one playthrough. This game is not like Dark Souls or smg where you can be locked out of something. The only ways you can miss something is if you advance main quest in 2 moments of game but you are warned about it so tough to do.

So I won't accidentally skip a boss?

No there are only 2 moments in the game where you can miss out on some quests but the game warns you about it. As for contracts you can do them even after finishing main quest. It's only quests connected to main plotline that can fail if you advance without doing it , like getting all allies for "event" etc.

Actually there are lots of moments when the story continue depend your choose. For example on Skellige you have to choose if you help Cerys or Hjalmar.
The game have 3 main ending , however there is 15 or so different combination of ending depend who survived and who not. So no you can do every possible quests in one playthrough.

There are lots of "bosses" that you can miss out on, if by boss you mean a monster with a health bar at the top of the screen. I don't think it would be a problem to fight them all in one playthrough, though, if you made choices specifically aimed at that. For example, you'd have to choose the ending where Ciri dies/leaves you in order to fight Weavess.

Short answer is no. But almost every boss (like 99%) you definitely can.
There are some decisions that can lock you out of a boss fight or give you a different one.
Though a lot of big enemies with health bars are very much alike and only different lore wise.
If you want to fight every boss you're gonna need a lot of quick saves and reloads or a 2nd play through to make different choices.

Hmm alright. I might not play it through then but i'll see.
Thanks for your replies!

I was thinking this myself, then I took a look through my quest spreadsheet and couldn't come up with a single example of a spot where a branching decision gives you a different boss fight for each branch. You can skip some boss fights by making certain choices, definitely. Different bosses based on the choice you make, though? I can't think of a single instance. Could you give me some examples?
