Is there any in-game built-in benchmark tool?
How can I measure FPS on different graphic cards? Only manually?

Yes as far as I am aware there is no in-game benchmarking.

That`s sad...

Eh, a lot of games don't have one. Not really a big deal IMO

This is a shame.

But steam has a tool to show the FPS:

Steam -> Options -> In Game

I hope that this are the words steam is using in the english version.

It's truly a shame!

Joking aside you can use the Digital Foundry "run" which is getting on you horse and going to town (literally). You can use FRAPS (free tool) to record min/max/avg. FPS for the runs.

A Damn Shame...

But seriously this game is still relevant. And I love benchmarking it with different rigs.

It's a shame, I wanted to have a benchmarking tool as well.

Fraps sucks, it actually causes you to have lower FPS then if it's not running. Don't use Fraps.. just use Steams built in FPS counter....

Benchmarking tools are not always representative of the load a game can put in your rig it depends on the developer. Anyway for Benchmarks in TW3(greatest load scenarios):

GPU wise: Skellige or Kaer Morhen wilderness.
CPU wise: Novigrad city.
