Please, PLEASE do some research. Eyes do not work like cameras; they do not have framerate caps. I own a 144hz monitor, and I can personally assure you that this issue is extremely important to me.
get 72-75 fps with my Adaptive vsync turned off
normally my ingame vsync is turned off anyway, i use nvidia cpl to force Adaptive vsync using global settings, so just disabled that and it went over the 60fps mark
And, no this doesn't work currently with GOTY version.
I say the same thing when people complain about me peeing on their dishes.
