Letho Cameo in The Witcher 3

So this might contain a Ton of Spoilers



In The Witcher 2 like many of you, I spared Letho after realizing he is just a pawn of the greater game of The Continent. In which The Emperor & the other power players are simply using ex witchers turned mercenaries/ assassins for their own agenda. When i stimulated TW2 in TW3 letho shows up in a side quest at Velen called "The Fall of House Reardon" and my o my, it brought back some beautiful memories.

I am playing the game at 4K 60 FPS with over 60 Mods, most of my mods are for textures, so the game looks par with the current Gen AAA games, so seeing Letho look so good and real, was something. Especially when the music of The Witcher 2 plays when King Foltest gets Assassinated, i had goosebumps.

I made a whole video of the Quest in case any of you wanted to witness it just like i did. 👇👇👇

I loved that quest.

I've never noticed that glitch with Letho freezing at the bandit camp, though. His lip synch stopped for a time too. Maybe I was too busy fighting bandits to notice!

I'm going to be looking very carefully at my screen now to see if it'd be worth adding some visual improvement mods.

When that glitch happened, i believe it's not specific to this Quest, i think it happened randomly. As far as visual Mods are concerned, for me personally the gameplay, story & visuals matter ALOT of games. I call myself a graphics enthusiast, for this reason i am very anxiously waiting for the Next Gen of TW3 which will come later this year.

I would advise you to go for the modded game but mind you the texture mods are hardware intensive

He kills him in a cinematic, it's still not a boss fight in the TW2 if you don't let him live

It is. You fight him to the death. He even uses a neat blue quen (I don't know if it's due to a mod but my Geralt has the orange one).
