how do you unlock doors in the witcher 3

Depends on the door. Some needs a quest key,some require you to draw the sign of aard and some are just not able to be opened. Which door are you referring to?

the ones you walk up to the say locked but when you use witcher sense they glow yellow

If you can use aard they glow red. Some yellow doors just can't be opened.

I wish someone would create a world wide skeleton key,....lol

1. find a key for the door
2. use aard to the breakable doors.
3. some doors are not accessible they are always locked can't open it.
