Manticore vs Feline for end game
plan to use a build that goes this way:

6 green skills-
aquired tolerance
tissue transmutation
synergy
poisioned blades
protectice coating
fixative

Blue-
Delusion only for having fun easy exp.

red-
razor focus
and the one that gives u 1 anderlanline point/not losing points forgot the name.

6 red skills all the way down to get Whirl and Rend

Yellow-
the one that gives stamina regen for medium armor

the idea is to be able to use everything..

now heres the thing
if i got with 3 Feline parts
i will get 30% fast attack damage after every strong attack
and a nice %dmg boost from the set

and ill be able to drink 3 decoctions instead of 3

if i go full Manticore i dont get any %damage but i get crit chance/dmg buffs and higher toxicty translate into more dmg and 4 decoctions instead of 3

not sure which way would be better its still a build im testing and i qonder what you guys think is better to go with

To be honest there really is no point in min/maxing.

Once you have played the game a second run is just a breeze. I am gimping myself now on my 4 th run just to have some fun combat wise.

I would take manticore just for the different looks, how many times have we all used feline?? Or Ursine for that matter.

Just use Viper armour because that look's the best.

Do the stats actually really matter? :/

I'm currently on my NG+ playthrough around level 60 in Skellige, still wearing my Warrior's Jacket from the beginning... and it's still completely fine protectionwise.

I'd pick manticore over feline, simply because it looks so much better :D
The feline armor looks a bit too shiny, classy and noble for someone who's crawling through swamps and fights monsters.

It only matters on Death March where you can get one shot by most human NPC's

i think the Manticore looks the best as its the closest thing to W1 set

the Feline set is very nice to use in terms of stats and grandmaster bonus
but that Stupid HOOD is so ugly and ruin the cutscenes
even if you use the mighty mod the remove it its still ugly and force change geralt's hairstyle
