I shouldn't have to because I know he's wrong. I've made my point with proof but he hasn't. So the responsibility is his, should he choose to continue with this (which I doubt he will because he's wrong).
The link I provided from CDPR mentions that if you do not meet Anna and the children before releasing the tree spirit, then the question of rescuing the children does not even arise.
Saving the children means they will absolutely show up in Novigrad later, no exceptions. And the only way that happens is if you meet the children and then free the spirit, thereby initiating the dialog where the tree spirit says only she can save the children. But in turn that kills Anna.
Nevertheless, experiment and find out.
I posted the first link so you could get an idea of all the viewpoints regarding the matter. Anyway, this situation does NOT cause the children to show up in Novigrad.
In that case please provide a more relevant source, I'll wait.
Even if you start Ladies of the Wood and not talk to the children, they won't be saved if you free the spirit. It's a binary situation.
I took a look at it. What about it? Doesn't say anything out of the ordinary. Says the children are spared if Geralt frees the spirit. Doesn't mention Anna being saved.
I'm touched, but that's what the meds are for. To help you cope better on the internet.
Alright, read all that. But here's the thing:
Children saved, Anna killed.
Anna saved, children killed.
No. The children will be missing from Mirabella's school in this case. Feel free to prove otherwise.
Children saved, Anna killed.
Children killed, Anna saved.
Irrelevant in this discussion.
I'll ignore this rambling.
I suck at Google-fu. Please do teach me and provide a proper reference for your claims like I did instead of harping on the same "Google it" drivel.
As for the "experiment and find out" comment, it wasn't intended for you.
You don't have to reason with me. Simply provide the link which you're referring to and I'll shut up. So far you haven't provided a single shred of evidence supporting your claim. The one link you did provide does not even mention anything about Anna being saved. You know why? Because you cannot save both Anna AND the children.
believe what you will ime BB was right on many things during past two years so if i had to make bet this time it's clear what it'd be. he doesnt have to prove you anything info's out there for anyone who cares to find it.
Fact is that the info is not out there because as I said... saving both Anna and the children in the same playthrough is not possible. So far I've only been hearing things like "info is out there...", "google it...", yada yada. But not a single proper piece of evidence. If the info is really out there, why don't you show it to me?
I would challenge anyone to prove me otherwise with the right references. And I frankly don't care who you're rooting for since I wasn't even discussing anything with you. I'm stating things as they are... you could believe anything you want and that wouldn't change anything.
P.S. Buzzard Bee seems to have deleted one of his comments. Surprise surprise. No matter, I have his responses quoted.
