Is Ciri in the witcher books?

I heard there are 6 or 7 books, as I read through the artbook found in the game folder. I also read a quote, from the book Blood of the Elves, Geralt(I think) talks to Ciri about a map. Is Ciri present in all books? In the majority? It got my hopes really high that I can read more about the witcher's world and there are still some of the main characters. Could someone give me sone general information about where I should get started with them?

She's already in the first two short story books... (perhaps only 2nd one?) so yes.

Pretty sure Ciri is a major character in the books. Most of them, I'd guess.

Funny, in this game Geralt has a parent like role, could imagine all kinds of hilarious situations. Well then, since no RedKit3 is aviable, I guess I am on my way to reading those great books.

Haven't read all of them yet (currently on Blood of Elves), but she first appears in Sword of Destiny. She's ten when Geralt first meets her.

But damn, her voice acting is amazing ingame, on my 5$ headset that sum up with a ww2 radio communication headphone.

Ciri is the main focus of the books. The main saga starts with Blood of Elves...guess who that is?

Be sure to start off with the short stories first however as they provide some nice background and flesh out the chracters of the saga immensely.

Some quick googling has said that Ciri is around 20-25 years old.

Yes she is around 20 in Wild Hunt. I ask because I wouldn't mind seeing a game based around Ciri with maybe an appearance from Geralt as an older man. Geralt is already nearly 100 years old AFAIK because Witchers age slower than humans. So does Ciri age like a human?
