At the old mill in the north east corner of the map there's an Ofieri merchant that gives you 4 manuscript pages for armor. You can craft it at het Runewright who is next to him. For the Ofieri achievement you need to buy the saddlebags and horse blinders from the merchant and you can win the saddle from him in a race.

You can also get a full Viper school set which is sort of halfway between mastercrafted witcher gear and grandmaster witcher gear.

You need to do a quest and speak to a countess at the auction...buy the armour diagrams off her. In another quest you can loot the steel sword diagram from a chest at the end. The silver sword is found right at the end of the DLC but only if you play the quest a certain way (I think).
