Report a translation problem
A really good reason is really needed. Otherwise (Spoiler for after the end of B&W) Unseen Elder simply kills Geralt for disturbing him.
There is one thing to be said for it, though, especially if you're on your first play and not game plus. the armour set that you get when you see the 'unseen elder' is pretty cool...it's a better version of Tesham Mutna armour but it's scarlet! Lovely
I'd do it at least once because it's a pretty cool quest.
