Triss alternative look in BAW

Why she is still wearing her old leather shirt? Even I have installed the dlc and turned the alternative look for Triss on?

She will wear it sometimes. Enabling her alternative look doesn't imply that she is going to wear it everytime.

Well she always wear it in main story during my 150hs play time.
I doubt BAW would be any different.

I've only ever had Triss not wearing the outfit in some of the cut scenes. It looks a bit odd when she's walking next to you wearing the new outfit and her old one in the cut scene that follows.

Normally she wears it for me, though.

Well that is odd. I do not realy remember that she is wearing one outfit in one cutscene and the other in the next. Dunno if that was the case for me. The case for me was, she wears old outfit in some missions and new outfit in the other.

Cut-scenes in Battle At KH, Triss wore her old outfit.
Besides of that, Yen and Ciri all wore their old outfit.
And, Geralt has his original armor on in that cut scene as well.
That's because, I guess, that cut-scene is pre-filmed, in other words, the game just displays a video.

However, what we got in BAW is completly different: it's a live model of Triss, not some cut-scenes.
