Nude Triss glitch

For some reason when I first meet Triss she's naked and her hair is messed up as seen in these photos (one is NSFW if you consider part of the areola to be NSFW)

So... I wager primary issue here's messed up hair? :D

uninstall mods, (make sure there are no mod files located in the mod folder)
repair your game
try playing again to see if the glitch is still there.
if it's not, try out individual mods one after the other until you find out which one is causing it.

I tried uninstalling the mods that affect her or female bodies and they didn't seem to do anything. Worse comes to worse I could try repairing my game like you said.

Jokes aside, it's hard to get into the story when she's just a nudist for no reason and nobody acknowledges it.
