does anyone know how to fix blurry loading screens when talking to an npc? i have the goty edition btw

we need to know your computer specs as well what settings you are running the game.

Also do you have any mods installed?

AMD FX-8320E 8-Core @ 3.20GHz
8GB RAM
64 bit
GTX 970

mods:
Weathers Enhanced + Weather Enhanced-scripts
Improved Signs
White Wolf Armor
Colored Map Markers

I've also tried using the lowest settings on everything

Also, this started happening after I verified integrity of game files

delete your mods (or move them out of the mod folder) verify game integrity.
try again.

if the mods are still in the mod folder they may still be active.
You have to remove them from the mod folder in order to have your game completely vanilla.

fixed! apparentely weathers enhanced was causing this, dunno why haha

Guy puts random mod in a polished game and wonders what the issue use, NEWS at 7

"Silver Swords"-mod caused this for me. Deleted it and game went back to normal.
