This game is designed to NOT have good or bad options, you should always pick the dialogue YOU think is best at that exact moment, or if you want to roleplay, Geralt would pick. Do not try to overthink about how it will change something dozens of hours later on the different quest.
Part of the genius in W3 is to make hard choices and then live with them. Don't try to overthink, you will just end up ruining the fun for yourself.
Well when I choose the one I think is the best for me Geralt sometimes says something absolutely different- that means I did not actually choose what I want in some cases. Not a big problem, but a mod would be brilliant.
