Is there a shop that sells plants (ingrediants)?

Ive got enough gemstones to bury the Taj Mahal and animal parts from every creature on the continent but I cant craft anything becouse I dont have the right flower!!!

Please, if anyone can tell me if theres an alchemy shop or something that sells plant parts? Id buy out the whole stock...

Many non-weapon stores carry ingredients and lots of overworld maps have plants to pick. If you build the botanical garden at the stronghold, it also gives you 2 random plant crafting items per turn (turn = completed quest/task).

Buy the curiousty shop or whatever it's called for the stronghold. She sells plants and monster bits.
