Stuck, new game impossible (added later: SOLVED NOW)

It ended when a "!" called me Home, but Home doesn't show any "!"??? I did all options possible at home, with the dog and playing the computer game in the game. Still, it keeps placing a "!" to go Home and complete something. When starting a new game, my garden and rooftop are still like where I quit the previous game, and the same "!" keeps calling me Home to do nothing. Deleting the saved game doesn't work either!!! Stuck!!!...

I am stuck on the part that says wait a day and be at home and check in on Johanna. there is the yellow exclamation point on the home but when im there, there is nothing that tells me what to do. Even when i go to her apartment there is nothing.
