Hey quite a few people are still playing this game. All of them are on the community discord: https://discord.gg/kjqaYp5 We even have an active league with 16 players signed up for it. You can also find people for games outside of the league on the discord server.

The last patch was added in 2016 Which added the Shroud race. Imo the game is in a very good (and balanced) spot for competitive play. Every race is viable and there are many fun builds you can do.

I personally think it's still a nice rts game.
If not for it's flaws it would definitely be one of my all time favourites.
Such a potentially great title is now left to wither away.

10 mins queue in multiplayer means noone alive.

The ladder doesn't work anymore. You can't find any matches through the queue. Custom multiplayer games still work fine.
