Why does construction simulator 2015 keep on lagging?

The answer could be that you have too much stuff scattered about in your game , or maybe your FPS is dropping because you need to clean up your ram.

Some times when I’m speeding, the game gets laggy, but it stops when I slow down and allow the game server to catch up.

Does your system meet the minimum system requirements? Did you try lowring the graphics settings? Next to this lowering the AI traffdic as well as deactivating predestrians will also result in better performance on lower performance systems.

No I didn't try that when I get the time I will do that thank you!

Could also try an FPS limiter like the Rivatuner Statistics Server, I cap FPS at 30 on this and can now run it maxed out with little lag unless I'm driving through the city at a good clip.
