Any cheats / consol commands?

Iv enjoyed this game for a while now but I was wondering if there are any cheats or Consol commands you can use to goof around with? also please keep the abuse to a minimum for the horror of asking for cheats for singleplayer >.>'

With the recent free update, we've introduced tools for modders (link: Release notes).

You will have to enter a special command in order to enable these tools: "--enablemoddingtools" in the launch options of Steam for Endless Legend (right click, "Properties", "General" tab, "Set Launch Options" button). Warning: Steam achievements and multiplayer sessions are not available when these tools are enabled

Once you've done that, launch a game, press enter (to activate the chat which is actually the console) and enter "/?": this should give you access to several cheats. :)

I love cheats. They add new ways to experience a game. Thank you for the response, I'll have to try it out. :)

I like the game a lot, and find that "Cheats" and "Cheat Mods" are the best modding tutorial because you quickly learn the right "for you balance" - and you learn the properties, file structure and methods used to create mods. This results in others downloading the cheat mods and having it as a "database" of sorts to build their own mods from.

hey guys if you change the cost of a trait in the trait configs, you can change it to like -9999 and then have all the traits if you want, it gives you an insane boost

Just an update - for those trying to add resources (Strategic and Luxury, not FIDSI), use the "/transferresources (resource) (amount)" command.

Names of resources (CASE SENSITIVE - S in Strategic must be capitalized, other letters lowercase):

Titanium = Strategic1
Glassteel = Strategic2
Adamantian = Strategic3
Palladian = Strategic4
Mithrite = Strategic5
Hyperium = Strategic6

Same goes for luxury - Dye is Luxury1 (again, case sensitve). Won't list the rest of the Luxury ones, since they are too numerous. They go up in the order you see in the empire management screen, right to left.

(If you already know this, apologies for redundancy - was unable to find it posted anywhere so I messed around til I found it).

Can someone please help me getting this to work? I tried "/transferresources Strategic1 100" "/transferresources (Strategic1) (100)" and nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

I was confused at first too. If you read above, they tell you how to enable the cheats. It's important that you put the double "-" mark in front of enablemoddingtools. Then start up the game and it should work fine!

Also, the cheats appear to be case sensitive. So if you're having trouble with a cheat, type /? to give yourself a list of cheats, then type them exactly as they appear.

If you just type in /ShowMeTheResources without any context it gives you 999 over every strategic and luxury resource along with 890 pearls and 9k influence.
