How to get all DLC?

I do not care for cosmetic stuff. I already have the Platinum Edition and The New Frontier Pass. Does this mean I already have everything?

No. That sounds like you don't have the "Leader Pass", a series of DLCs that contained additional leaders for existing civs, released in 2023.

The "Anthology" package contains everything. I don't actually know how Steam pricing handles packages when you already have some of what's in there; do you get a prorated price for only what's new?

There is also Julius Caesar who you can only get by linking your 2K account in the game.

The only cosmetic thing I can think of is the Scout Cat, gained by linking a 2k account to the game. That's also how you get the Julius Caesar leader, though.

I would look at the Anthology Bundle to see what you don't have. It has everything but those two, and nothing cosmetic.

The Anthology is a Bundle so I believe you only pay for what you haven't bought.

Yeah it seems the Leader Pass is the only thing I'm missing but its sitting at mostly negative reviews lol. Is it really worth it?

I would like to 100% achievements on this game one day, do you know if I'll need the Leader Pass for that?

There are also 2 persona packs. You get them in the anthology and maybe in the New Frontier Pass.

For me, the New Leaders Pass was worth it.

I would get the anthology. I do believe it removes what you have already.

Yes, for the simple reason that a "Win the game with leader X" achievement exists for every leader in the game.

Oh ♥♥♥♥, yeah I bought everything but the Leader Pass. Including anthology.

Turns out the Leader Pass becomes free in the bundle so I just claimed it.
