For anyone interested in getting into the game, but not paying $40 for the Plat Edition. The plat edition is currently available in the Humble Choice subscription for $12. You get the same content, but save $28 and receive an additional 9 games, though they're not that great.

Recently I paused my Humble sub more than I claimed games, and this month CIV 6 seems to have eaten most of the bundle budget, making the bundle quite mediocre if you are not into Civ 6.

This HB month (june 2021) is abousulty terrible , it may be the first time I skip a month... civ games in general are garbage

I haven't really looked into the other games, but first glance looks like the worst bundle yet; this is a great, great deal for Civ VI but 2K screws previous buyers a bit.

a little side note is, that the Steam summer sale will run from jun 21

There tends to be some big discounts through the summer

Yeah but still it wont get as low as $12 for platinum edition. I got it for $8 after $4 pause discount lol.

If you are already a subscriber of the Humble choice and try to pause for a month they will give you $4 discount for not to pause. I'm not sure if they give discount to all the plans. I got it on my Classic plan.

I'd buy from steam if platinum was only $12, but I find it highly unlikely they will offer it at that price. I'll wait and see, but most likely will be doing a 1 month humble subscription.
