If you never done that before starting the game, then no.
1. Find your save in your game folder:C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Saves\Single
2. Copy this save from Single folder to Multi or Hotseat folder. You may need to create the folder manually if you haven't played multiplayer, so it is not there yet.
3. When creating a new multiplayer game, choose this save and load it to the lobby (no need to actualy start the game).
4. Click on the settings button at the top and you will see the seeds from your saved game at the bottom.
5. Create a new game with these seeds.
It works! Hooray!
Hopefully the Devs are aware of this. I can't imagine this should be very hard to implement in the game.
For example In Civ 5 there is for every game you play an:
- "initial_autosave_0000 -BC4000"
This is for some players VERY HANDY
@irakez: thanks for the workaround method :)
