How to toggle WALK with keyboard?

Is there not a walk toggle for the keyboard? I can walk using the 360 controller, but I can't figure out how to do it using the keyboard?

You're always walking/jogging when moving, unless you hold down the right mouse button, in which case you sprint.

caps lock is the SNEAK key, you are not walking you are sneaking

Using the 360 controller you can actually walk.
