Hi guys. I've been meaning to ask if there are other places/missions where you can obtain personnel with the said skills in the title, because i just cannot get them in mission 9 : Backup, dack down. Thanks in advance.

I think that is the only way to obtain them.

You just have to get them in that mission.
I'll give ya location..
1> East of southern most LZ chased by 4 soldiers. Better hurry because he will be killed if he get caught by 4.
2> On desert dune little south from Palace. She will be the one with Drug develop skill. Easy to find if you use NVG.
3> Stuck in prisoner cell at Palace.
4> Captured in same place as Bionic tech in mission 5.
5> Wandering in river between Palace and supply base. Going down stream.
6> Transported in jeep later in mission.

Looks like it, yea.h.. What i didn't like in this mission is the fact sometimes the 4 soldiers appear on the map, and sometimes don't.. And if they don't, even if you interrogate them, they do seemingly reveal the location of the prisoner, but he just doesn't appear on the map...

If you wait to get to them, they've usually killed the one prisoner already unless you're far out of range and then rush in to attack them as soon as you're in range for their AI to activate.

It isn't hard to get him right after start the mission. Then rush to north on horse back before first APC escape the map. After that, just camp near north area of supply base for vehicles while time runs then look other POW when it is over.

Ok, thanks very much to everyone who contributed to this thread. Much appreciated. Will try to get all the prisoners.
