How come I can't extract child soldiers with the bloon device? I checked out the same mission on youtube and he was able to extract those child soldiers with the device...

im at the level where i have to extract 20 kids, and the one after which is 12 kids.

He develloped a fulton devices that allow the extraction of child soldiers, you'll develope it later.
