None of the recruits in this game have psychic powers. There are a lot of different unit types, but Psychic isn't one of them.
But Psychic powers are canon, so why not?

It would be cute and horrendously overpowered to have the power to throw tanks around and overload people's minds to make their heads explode, but it's just not feasible. I'll stick with my rubber bullets, rocket launchers, and large inflatable balloons.
