Mission 38 bugged?

Im supposed to locate and secure the film canister. I have looked at a video of where it is but on my game its not where it is, im at the exact location but its simply not there, any ideas?

There's two that I know if. There's a pot or 'urn' that it is inside of. Not sure if you have to break it and there is the wall in the first photo you get. Lodged in the crack in a wall.

I'm fairly sure there's two possible locations it can be.

I've seen others besides the two NBG mentioned. It can spawn on a ledge on the side of various pillars.

I found one near the pots but not inside it but thanks guys
