Between his username and 'time posted' it confirms his steam account has a legit copy of MGSV

Why?

cause he wants to troll u for being a pirate rather then help u solve bugs.
you're getting the soft lock input crap alot of ppl have with this game
(ie: game moving without control input) keys sticking and firing without input
alot of ppl have that.

I can trigger this bug - it happens almost every time I use the Steam Overlay while using a controller. (only it's not rapid-shooting, but rapid-menuing)

I wanted to add I'm experiencing this as well. For other reasons, I had to replace my Razer Naga - made no difference to this bug anyway. Right-click still sometimes brings the weapon into aim, sometimes aims and fires.

I have my touchpad off. I am not "accidentally hitting left-click-fire". I have unplugged and replugged my hardware.

I've noticed that switching gun types stops the effect for the other weapon. I almost always have this problem on automatics, so changing to a bolt-action sniper or even shotgun-mode on the culprit gun stops the effect. Switching back, however, the same problem returns. The issue literally disappears on its own time, but it's extremely inconvenient - wastes ammo, melts suppressor, can't use the scope/sights, makes headshots impossible.

June 2016, still not fixed

device manager / human interface devices / disable some of HID-compliant game controllers (not one that is related to the actual controller)
