(Spoilers) Could Sniper Wolf be...
Phantom Boss and Quiet's lovechild? The MGS wiki states her date of birth is around 1976 - 1985, and MGS5 takes place in 1984. Hal was born in 1980, which would make her around the same age during MGS1, which took place in 2005 (so 25 and 21 respectively).

well there isnt any info on if they "do" anything, and since quiet leaves near the end,(we dont know if she died or not, but most people think she did. so yeah, i don't really think so, but who knows.

i doubt it. sniper wolf is kurdish. she made that point very clear in the first game during some dialogue. snake is american and quiet is native american.

Yes, though it probably mostly depends on which part of the world Quiet ended up with.
It's also sort of storngly hitned that at least quiet had strong interests in the char.
Oh, and Quiet leaves, but honestly ther eis no reason for her to die. sure, the archaea are gonna eat her lungs, but she doesn#t use them anyways. She coudl jsut visit any half decent doctor and have him surgicaly rmeove them and repalce them with containers to fill up the space.

See above, removing her lungs woudl also work fine, though vocal cords ar eprobably easier and have less permamnent consequences.
On a side note, anyone else noticed that she seems to be unable to write?

There's also the fact that Snake is sterile due to the Wolbachia treatment. Quiet may also be sterile due to her "modifications", but that's up in the air.

There is nothing in the game that is saying Quiet is native american, she only speaks in Navajo to code talker because it's the only language in the world that vocal cord parasites would not react to.

There is absolutely no indication of nationality with Quiet.

That's conjecture (like I pointed out in my post above). The Wolbachia treatment we know causes infertility, but Quiet refused the treatment. Now, the parasite theraphy she underwent by Skull Face's orders? We have absolutely 0 information on wether or not it causes sterility as well.
