If I were you, I'd use the Serval instead, though.
The only thing that has an effect is the obvious choice you're given after you've subdued her.
Decoys. Lots of them. She shoots them, you crawl, you spot her - or her rifle(cause she is invisible on NVG, but her rifle isn't!)
One easy method I've heard is to just call in a tank and shoot her with that.
I beat [Extreme] Cloaked in Silence with just a semi-auto sniper rifle and NVGs.
When she moves, sprint to a new location, and follow where she's going. She'll be looking where she last saw you, so if you get to a far enough away location you'll have plenty of time to line up a shot without her noticing.
Also if you decide to cheese and drop ♥♥♥♥ on her, bait her shot at around 100m or so left on the drop distance or she'll jump away before it hits. By baiting she'll root herself until she finishes her action, giving the drop enough time to hit her.
